Massive French book (in English) on gardening- the fourth in the great "Decoration" series published by Hachette in the 'sixties. 280 pages of beautiful color and b&w photography.  Stately grounds and romantic nooks, with suggestions for details small and grand. Includes the work of landscape architects P. Skovbo, R. Cornwall, Sven Hermelin, Inger Wedborn, Royston, Hanamoto, Mayes & Beck, E. Stengade, R. Homann, E. Langleide, etc. Dust jacket has some light edgewear, a piece missing at back panel. Since this photograph was taken, the dust jacket has been placed in a plastic sleeve, and looks quite bright.
