New York: St Martin's Press, 2001.  I really enjoyed this little history- the story of the court dwarf of Charles I and Queen Henrietta Maria.  There are lengthy, great descriptions of some of the 'masques', theatrical presentations at the court with stage design by Inigo Jones.  A nice little hardcover with dust jacket.
